Customized Products

All customized and personalized items are final sale.
Since these products are made especially for you based on your selections, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on customized items unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Journals

Journals may be returned only if:

  • The plastic wrap is completely unopened

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

Once the plastic wrap is opened, the journal becomes non-returnable.

Other Products

Non-customized products (such as accessories or ready-made items) can be returned only if:

  • The package is unopened

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

Opened or used items are not eligible for return.

Return Conditions
